Everything we offer is delivered with a NZ style, as we embrace NZ ingredients and NZ culture on all levels. Although we pride ourselves on our food and the beverages we create as delicious, there is no pretentiousness with how we deliver it to our customers.
How we smoke
Seasoned and smoked with a variety of native woods and coals enhances the flavour of all of our food with a Kiwi difference. We offer a large variety of smoked meats, but we don’t stop at just smoking those. We specialise in smoking a variety of ingredients - like our vegetables and some of our sauces.
We put the Soul into BBQ every morning through evening which includes our unique breakfast offering. Our smoked meats are brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, chicken and salmon. We also cater for vegetarians and vegans.
